If you are a person who likes to upload and download videos of hot cars and hot babes then you should take a look at the video footage on Motorsport Mad. This is a site where a bunch of people that were lucky enough to have their cameras on at just the right moment have decided to share their footage, as well as extra footage that some of the professionals have decided to share. This video community has decided that it is everybody's right to join in with video sharing. It doesn't matter what you are shooting, as long as it has hot babes or vehicular action, you can show the rest of the world what you've got.
There are amateurs that just happened to have their hand held on for a really intense crash. You can find newscast footage from some of the best police chases around. There are onboard cams of people that have decided that they were going to do something that they thought the rest of the world should see. Then there are the onboard cams of professional drivers racing around the track of the Indy 500. You have shots from the BIG trucks racing and shots of go-kart races. Some of them are just simply stunts that someone thought shouldn't be kept quiet. You can enjoy the advantages of video sharing as you watch other people that have decided that they wanted to go down in some history book for doing something incredible and sometimes totally stupid.
Sure, a few of the videos are obviously staged. Some of the vids that are staged get better yet when the action didn't quite go the way it was planned. There is always the moment when the hero realizes that things are going to go wrong. It takes a lot of sheer chance to have the camera rolling when that moment occurs. Other times, it's just reporting by the news media that happened to have the camera on the action when the real action occurred. Maybe you are the photographer who was viewing an action scene when the excitement got overwhelming. If so, why not share the video results with other fans who love to watch anything to do with motorsport activities?
Then there are the videos of the hottest babes on the planet showing us just how much they like cars, trucks, go-karts, motorcycles and each other. There are flicks of babes washing cars, and each other. They have ones of the dancing girls at the car shows and some of the promotion girls at shows and races. They have some of the hottest women in the world behind the wheel of their machine. If you watch enough of them you may even see certain body parts come uncovered. There are vids of girls that get paid to look good with a machine, but the best ones are the ones where a girl walks up to a machine, you can tell that it makes her quiver as she starts to caress the curves and rub against the body.
So again, if you're into cool cars hot babes and you like video sharing, then this site is a must. Check out the web site action, you may never leave.

Slam a car into a wall @ 160mph and walk away
by Mark English
Does this sound like your idea of fun? Do you believe it could never happen? There have been a lot of people that have done it and continue to do it. It doesn't matter whether they are testing a new car, doing it for a movie, trying to outrun the cops, or because their job is to push it to the limit . No matter what they are doing, there are people out there who do crashes into things that they probably shouldn't, and walk away. There are also crashes that no one will ever walk away from. You can find videos on all of these at the motorsport video sharing site. The people at Motorsport Mad thought that everyone should be able to see when someone turns a beautiful machine into scrap metal.
They have videos from Formula 1, Nascar, off road and police chases where some have made it and some haven't. There are tributes to the greats and motorsport video uploads to show you what you shouldn't do when traveling at high speeds, and comically at slow speeds. Things like you really shouldn't dump your bike at the very beginning of a race. It makes it hard to even place when you do things like that. You can see a Corvette try to jump a wall in the first 50' of a drag race. They have stuff that you can see on national TV and scenes that you won't find anywhere else. There is an idiot who turns the wrong way in a well marked street race. They have a video of a stupid criminal that decides he's going to try to outrun the cops in a late 90's quarter ton pickup, he gets caught in guide wires for a telephone pole, spins out, the passenger jumps out of the pickup, jumps into the bed when it starts moving again, crawls into the cab while they are racing down a dirt road just to take a wrong turn, find a dead end and hit a wall. They might have had a better chance if the had made sure that the front tire had air in it.
These are all things that you can find in front of the video camera. It doesn't matter what kind of vehicles you're into, or what kind of crashes you like, they have something that you will like. If you would rather see races where the cars don't crash they have those also. There is one of a racer in Ireland, who gets stuck behind a car just traveling down the road. Listening to the driver and his copilot is quite amusing. No matter what you are into, if you like engines and wheels you will find something to your liking.
Some of the video footage is hilarious, others are just plain tragic, but they all appeal to our sense of excitement and interest in watching accidents happen. It may be because are glad that the crash didn't happen to us or a friend, or because it is simply a highly embarrassing moment for someone that just happened to get caught in the viewfinder of the video camera. Either way, the footage on this website is great for entertainment, thrills, chills and thankfulness that the driver walked away from the crash, or regret when he didn't make it.

Do you like watching street racing, drifting, or hot babes showing what they got? If your answer is yes, then there is a place that you need to check out. It's called Motorsport Mad and you won't find anything else like it on the web.
This is a video community for people who prefer to enjoy the purest form of adrenaline. Sit behind the wheel and play. Sometimes it's footage of someone that just happened to have a camera and be at the right place, at the right time. Most of it is footage from people who make it a search and capture mission to find the best action out there and share it with everyone they can.
There are tons of videos of tricked out imports showing how well they can maneuver at high speeds. They have videos showing you what it looks like when someone knows how to drift but they also have videos of people who think they know how to do it and shred a perfectly good car in the process. Drifting has been around since the first person discovered that if you turn the wheel too sharply when going fast, your rear end is going to slide. Ever since that moment someone has been pushing it to the limit to see how fast they can take a curve and how close they can come to "losing control" while remaining in complete control of their vehicle. What kind and size of tires work best? Where should the power curve be for proper execution? If this sounds like your idea of fun, then maybe you should swing by.
Even if you prefer to be the one behind the wheel to prove that you can handle that sports car or import better than anyone else in town, you can still enjoy the videos watching how well other drivers were able to manage the course. You could always prove your point by having a video camera trained on you and your car as you drift flawlessly into the curve and just as effortlessly make the reverse move to bring the vehicle back onto the straight. Technique is everything, both in the driving and in the camera operation, so you may have the thrill of making several runs at the course to get just the right angle from the photographer
As far as street racing, more than likely the first person to discover drifting found out about it the first time that they were racing through the streets of some small, unsuspecting town. Street racing is where every other type of wheeled racing got its start. We've all done it, that first car. You wanted to see what it would do and how it compared to all of the other cars in the area. Then you worked on it to make it faster, to make it handle better or make it safer, just in case you biffed. We all know what it's like but the people that you will see here take it faster and farther than most of us ever dreamed of doing. For every person out there that who to show what they are made of and what they can do, there is someone holding a camera. Motorsport Mad gives those people a place to post their videos and show you what they've got, or you can post your own and show that you are number one.

Free Golf Clubs-Can You Really Get Decent Quality Without Paying A Dime?
by Dan Mason
Can you really find free golf clubs that are not only free but effective? Today, many people are searching the Internet for free golf clubs, but the reality is that you really can't get high-quality golf clubs for free.
Unfortunately, you will have to pay some money to get good quality golf clubs. In fact, if they are free, all they will really be good for is to simply whack around yard.
The bottom line is, if you want to get some decent quality of clubs come you have to pay at least some money for them. However, don't be discouraged by this: there are many high-quality golf clubs you can get for relatively affordable prices.
In fact, you really don't pay a lot of money at all to get good quality golf clubs. Today, many golfers mistakenly believe they have to pay $800-900 for a simple iron set, when all they really need to do is get a lesser-known brand that manufacture just as high-quality clubs.
Most people fall into the trap of thinking they need Titleist Golf Clubs, Adams Golf Clubs, Taylormade Golf Clubs, Callaway Irons, or other top brands in order to be effective. While these are certainly the top models available, there are many lesser-known brands that are just as effective and also come with a much reduced price tag. Here some tips to finding the best golf clubs for your game.
First of all, as I've advocated before, check the Internet for any great deals you can find golf clubs. EBay and many other great sites offered golf clubs at a very cheap price, and you can certainly find good clubs that fit your budget.
What you think you have found the right golf clubs that appeal to you, then simply read some reviews of them on the Internet, and find out what other people who've those golf clubs think about them. This way, you will not have to purchase the clubs before you find out how effective they are improving your game. Therefore, try to avoid the local golf shops at first, as it can be very confusing finding the right clubs for you there.
Of course, don't simply purchase the golf clubs on the Internet before testing out the clubs; once you've done your research, now it's time to drive down to the local golf shop or driving range, and try them out for yourself. Quite simply, no matter how many great reviews a certain type of golf club debts, if you don't like it yourself, don't buy it.
Absolutely make sure that the club has the right feel for you. Hopefully these tips will be to find the right of clubs for you and your game, and help you improve your game as quickly as possible. While you probably will not be able to find any great free golf clubs available, you certainly can find golf clubs at a very cheap price.

Manchester United V Fulham
Manchester United V Fulham
by Jonathan Walker
Manchester United welcome Fulham to Old Trafford on Monday December 3rd in their next Premier League fixture.
Man United will have observed how the other teams at the summit of the Premiership table perform over the weekend and could find themselves six points behind Arsenal before kick off, with the Gunners also having a game in hand to play. Chelsea could also overtake the Red Devils if they collect three points against West Ham on Saturday.
Following United's shock 1-0 defeat at Bolton, the pressure will be on Ales Ferguson's side to gain three vital points. They will be well rested after having the unusual luxury of having six days between fixtures following their match with Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League.
There should be a recall into the squad for Ronaldo, who was left out of the 16 man squad that faced Bolton Wanderers last Saturday. With the side loosing away from home, the fans were shocked to see one of their most dangerous players sitting in the stands, unavailable for action.
Carlos Tevez, who missed that glorious chance against Bolton should retain his place in the side, however strike partner Louis Saha may be moved back to the substitute's bench. His replacement in the line up could be none other than Wayne Rooney, who has been pushing himself hard to return to the side following his injury.
There should also be a place for Nemanja Vidic who missed the last match due to international commitments. Vidic and Ferdinand have a superb pairing at the heart of the defence and could be joined by Gary Neville, who has been kicking his heels waiting to get back into the side following a lengthy lay off.
Fulham under Lawrie Sanchez have proved to be a much different proposition compared to last season. At home they have been unlucky not to collect more points than they have done, but are still yet to improve their points tally away from Craven Cottage.
They enter this game having drawn four out of their last five games, the other match in that sequence was a 2-0 defeat at Anfield.
Sanchez is building a competitive side, that is dangerous on the counter attack. Upfront they boast David Healy, who recently broke the European Championship qualifying goal scoring record whilst on duty for Northern Ireland and Clinton Dempsey is beginning to work well.
Fulham are likely to employ a 4-5-1 system with Healy supported by Mohammed Karama and American international Clinon Dempsey. If required they can bring on veteran target man Shefki Kuqi, who is on loan from Crystal Palace or the quick Hameur Bouazza should he not be given a starting place in the side.
This was the opening fixture for the two teams last season with Manchester United thrashing the team that was then led by Chris Coleman 5-1. United were quick out of the blocks that game and established a 4-0 lead with only 20 minutes gone with goals from Saha, Rooney, Ronaldo and an own goal by Ian Pearce.

ross Training Ideas For Tennis Training Success
ross Training Ideas For Tennis Training Success
by Paul Gold
There are many components that contribute to an effective tennis-training programme but whilst most people will readily mention strength, endurance, flexibility, speed etc one of the most important yet understated components is variety.
Your body is fantastically adaptive in as much as if you repeat the same thing over and over you will adapt and it will become the norm (an important factor in learning), however if you perform the same workout routine (no matter how good it is) it will eventually prove counter productive as all initial gains you make plateau and there will be no overload and any gains will be reversed.
Think of it another way, if you play your favourite song over and over again for too long it will eventually lose its early appeal.
This is where using other sports and methods of training (or cross-training as it is known), is important.
For the pro players that I work with, participating in other sports keeps them physically and mentally fresh (they obviously play so much tennis) whilst still promoting a training stimulus.
For my junior players (minis included) as well as my recreational adults (some very serious and not too recreational by the way), it is a way of training many of the fitness components critical for tennis away from the tennis environment whilst still retaining a competitive games - based edge. This is especially true of the "mini" juniors for whom early "specialisation" in a single sport has been shown to be counterproductive.
Here are some ideas to either spice up or enhance a program you are currently doing, or to get you started on a new one.
1. Participate in sports such as basketball, soccer, baseball or volleyball.
All these sports have the stop-start repeated sprint tempo that tennis requires with soccer providing a multidirectional agility-training stimulus that is vital for effective court coverage. Although basketball and volleyball include many directional changes as well, they have a large leg power component to them through the repeated jumping that takes place.
Baseball has many useful tennis related aspects to it such as pitching and getting the ball from base to base (which are throwing actions like the tennis serve) and sliding to make base can be very useful when you come to play on clay where sliding is a vital component for success.
2. Use outdoor activities.
Cardio training can be achieved by running, hiking (also good for leg strength), skating (balance and agility), skipping (co-ordination), cycling and swimming, to mention just a few. If you are in a park you could use equipment such as benches, balance beams, monkey bars, rope climbs etc. to do body weight driven exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, balancing, step-ups, squat jumps, tricep dips, calf raises, etc.
As always start slowly and at your own pace and progress slowly increasing the length and/or intensity as you improve.
So, with a little thought and creativity you can combine all the fitness components necessary for improving tennis performance into workouts that take place away from your normal tennis environment, thereby allowing you to be physically and sometimes more importantly mentally fresh every time you step back on the court to play a match or have a lesson.
Who knows you may even find yourself having fun whist getting fitter and improving your tennis!
Before starting any exercise program, always be sure to first consult your physician.

How to Wax a Snowboard
How to Wax a Snowboard
by Andrew Cho
Waxing is the easiest tuning job for snowboards and offers immediate results. Since wax makes it easier for snowboards to glide over snow, a waxed board will slide faster and turn easier. Waxing also protects the base form the harmful effects of moisture, UV rays, snow contaminants, and dirt.
If you’re a recreational snowboard, waxing your board every two or three times you go should do the trick. If you’re looking to have the smoothest rides, you can always wax more often. Some spray or wipe-on waxes can be used between wax applications and even when you’re on the slopes.
To wax your board, you will need wax, an iron (or waxing machine), a plastic scraper, and a brush.
1) Before waxing your board, make sure that the base is clean.
2) Using an iron, hold a bar of wax against the base of the iron and let the wax drip onto the base. Run a bead of wax along the base without ever letting the iron touch the base. The iron should be hot enough to melt the wax, but not so hot that the wax smokes. (250 degrees Fahrenheit is normal)
3) Once the wax has been applied along the entire length of the base, smooth it out with the iron, being careful not to let the iron stall or touch the plastic base. Spread a thin layer of wax evenly over the entire base.
4) Once the wax has completely cooled, scrape off the excess wax by pushing or pulling the scraper from the tip to the tail. Next, use a soft nylon brush to buff the remaining wax. Brush with small, quick strokes until there are no more little white balls of wax.
5) Finally, polish the base lightly with an abrasive pad that can make riding smoother and more enjoyable. Whatever you do, make sure to scrape excess wax from the steel edges so they can cut into the snow.

Junior Golf Clubs-Tips To Help You Find The Best Clubs For Your Kids
Junior Golf Clubs-Tips To Help You Find The Best Clubs For Your Kids
by Marcell Mason
Finding the right junior golf clubs is critical to having your junior player playing well as early as possible. Quite simply, junior golf clubs are extremely important to helping your child play well, because having the right equipment is essential.
If you get clubs that are either too short or too long for the player, they will not be able to swing the club effectively. Here are some important tips when looking for golf clubs for sale to help you choose the best golf clubs for your junior player as quickly as possible, and best yet, without spending a fortune in the process.
Keep in mind, today most junior golf clubs are meant manufactured by the top brand names in the world, such as Cobra golf equipment, Titleist, Nike, etc, and are thus usually just as expensive as getting regular golf clubs. Of course, you might be able to save a little bit of money, but generally speaking you'll end up paying just about the same price. Of course, you can get them cheaper, and therefore not in as good a shape, but if your junior player to be serious about playing golf, you will absolutely want to pay a good price for your golf clubs.
One of the most important things to remember when shopping for you for your junior golf clubs is the height of the clubs. Quite simply, you want to make sure that the club matches your child's height, and will also be tall enough so with the when they grow, they can still use it.
For instance, you certainly don't want to buy a new set of golf clubs every single year, as these are more expensive than shoes are closer other things they used to change annually. When you are purchasing clubs for a junior player, you have to remember that there they will still be growing, and therefore keep this in mind.
Therefore, you should probably purchase them a little taller at first; this way, if they are too tall for your child, they can simply choke up on them until they are the perfect height. Obviously, you can purchase the exact height for your junior player, but just keep in mind that you will have to purchase a new set either every year or every couple eyras, and whether or not this is worth it simply depends on how avid a player your junior is.
Of course, the weight and the shaft of the golf club are extremely sport important as well. How far are naturally they hit the ball is very reliant how much the club ways. Since junior golfers will generally have lower swing speeds than adult players, you will want a purchase lighter clubs for them, to help them hit the ball farther.
The best tips to help you find the best junior golf clubs is to search for them on the Internet, on either discount websites or eBay. You can often times find used golf clubs much cheaper than new golf clubs, and with just as good a quality. You can find many of these used golf clubs the Internet today, and can therefore save a lot of money. You can even purchase top of the line models such as the Titleist 907 D2, a driver you typically would have to pay several hundred dollars for if you were to buy it new.
Of course, if you plan on purchasing clubs other than brand-name such as Titleist or Nike, make sure you read reviews about them on the Internet by both current and past customers, and find out what they had to say about that company. This is essential if you plan on purchasing anything other than the mainstream clubs, because the small brands will be less known and therefore could be less reliable and effective than the top of the line clubs.
However, when you do your research, you can find some great clubs without paying top dollar, as you would have to by purchasing the most popular models. Hopefully these tips will to find the best junior golf clubs for your younger player, and help them enjoy a lifetime of playing golf.
